Decode Fabrication Lab is an independent design, fabrication and research workshop based in Athens.
Since 2015, we have been combining digital design, material experimentation and hands-on making to transform ideas into objects, structures and installations. Equipped with 3D printing, CNC milling and laser cutting technologies, we develop tailored solutions across a wide range of materials and scales.
Our work spans architectural models, prototypes, custom constructions, art installations and large-scale projects.From initial concept and technical development to production and final implementation, each project is approached as a continuous process—bringing together digital precision, material knowledge and practical craftsmanship.
