Athens Conservatoire

Fabrication of acoustic panels for the ceiling of the “Ioannis Despotopoulos” amphitheater at the Athens Conservatoire.

The panels are made from extruded polystyrene (XPS), milled via CNC. They serve as acoustic insulation for the amphitheater and—thanks to their integrated recesses—provide atmospheric lighting. Precision design, attention to detail, and the selection of appropriate methods and materials successfully meet both the functional and aesthetic objectives of such a project, upgrading the space.

A multifunctional design structure completely redefining the combination of aesthetic and purpose.
